Studies show that even 45 minutes of creative activity lowers cortisol, the stress hormone, which is one of the biggest reasons art helps us feel lighter and more at ease. Creativity also boosts the brain’s “feel-good” chemicals, lifting your mood and giving your body a chance to reset.

This project is designed to give your heart a pause from the busyness of life, letting your hands lead while your mind rests. No pressure, no perfection — just a moment of joy in the making.
