Real Positive Change uses art and written expressionâCreative Remindersâ
to release emotional tension and create an inner environment where peace can flourish.
Art doesnât ask for perfectionâit asks for participation.
And in participating, you begin to remember your voice, your power, and your purpose.
This is how we grow joyâslowly, gently, and on purpose.
Â
When your thoughts feel loud and your emotions feel heavyâŚ
Creative Reminders offer a visual anchorâsomething fun and creative that helps you pause, breathe, and feel steadier again.
This is a nurturing rhythm of art and journaling that creates space to slow down, soften your inner world, and return to calmâwithout pressure, perfection, or figuring it all out on your own.
đˇCreative Reminders is a faith-centered creative membership for women who want a fun and gentle way to care for their inner life.
Instead of pushing through stress or overthinking your emotions, youâre guided into simple art and journaling practices that help you:
-
slow your thoughts
-
settle your nervous system
-
and reconnect with Godâs steady presence
No blank-page overwhelm.
No âdoing it right.â
Just space to breathe.
Â
Life doesnât slow downâbut your inner world can.
Many women carry a quiet overload:
-
mentally crowded
-
emotionally stretched
-
outwardly âfine,â inwardly tired
You hold so much together for everyone else.
But inside, it can feel like thereâs no place to rest.
Real Positive Change creates that place.
Â
Creative Reminders turn reflection into something you can see.
Each page you create becomes:
-
a visual anchor when emotions run high
-
a gentle interruption to spiraling thoughts
-
a reminder you can return to again and again
Over time, your journal becomes a collection of calming, faith-filled pagesâanchors youâve already created for moments when you need them most.
Women often find themselves thinking:
âI can breathe again.â
âI feel steadier.â
âThat helped more than I expected.â
Stress is not the enemy. Inner clutter is.
Stress will come â thatâs part of life. But the meaning your mind assigns to situations determines whether tension lingers or dissolves.

Why I Do This Work
My creative path began in design. After earning a BFA in Interior Design from the University of North Texas, I joined a prestigious architecture firm in Dallas before opening my own design business, helping clients create beautiful, meaningful homes.
Then one day, as I stood in the foyer of a new clientâs home, I heard a quiet thought that changed everything:
âYouâre helping create a beautiful home, but what about the chaos she feels inside? It wonât matter how beautiful her surroundings are if she feels unsettled, overwhelmed, or disconnected from herself.â
That question stayed with me â and life gave it deeper meaning. Around that same time, I began noticing growing levels of anxiety in our children, especially my oldest daughter, Aimee. A gifted young performer, she danced and sang on the Jim Stafford stage in Branson, captivating audiences and stealing hearts. What few could see was her private struggle with OCD and perfectionism.
I had just completed my training in stress management and had begun working with her when a tragic car accident took her from us. In that moment, I realized that all the tools and knowledge I had been learning werenât just for her â they were to help our family navigate the profound loss and grief that followed.
Because of the challenges Aimee faced, and all that her journey taught me, my mission became clear:
To teach women and families how to lower the stress that fuels anxiety, shift the stories they tell themselves, and find creative ways to express feelings that words canât always hold.
