We all at times struggle with…

  •  Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted.
  • Racing thoughts, sleepless nights, and that heavy “carrying it all” feeling.

  • Busy keeping everything and everyone on track....only to feel lonely and unappreciated.

It’s true — as women, we hold so much together. We’re the glue in our families, our work, and our communities — juggling responsibilities, striving to do it all, and often running on empty.
But sometimes it feels like our emotions are sparking out of control, and we reach that point where we think to ourself, “I’ve had enough.”
We know we need a change… we just don’t know where to begin.

Your not alone.... I've been there too.

Real Positive Change helps you:

    • Stop reacting with anger and frustration because of Stress.

    • Gain more control of your emotions and feel greater confidence.

    • Manage overwhelm and how-to navigate situations with greater calm using the S.T.O.R.Y. process.

It is easy, but it does take practice and consistency.  Through simple, faith-centered practices like creative journaling, re-pattern thoughts with Creative Reminders, and even a little art to anchor a whole new perception, you’ll gain clarity, renewal, and a deeper connection to your inner strength.

"A nurtured woman nurtures the world around her."

☀️ What is The REAL POSITIVE CHANGE Program?

A fun, yet powerful, Christ-centered system made up of

(3) essential parts.   I'll walk you through each part below:

1. ⭐ The S.T.O.R.Y. Model — a gentle self-coaching process

Do you have a desire for something to change?
The S.T.O.R.Y. process is the doorway into creating your Real Positive Change.

⭐ HOW?

The S.T.O.R.Y. Model awakens you to:

• Why certain emotions keep returning
• How your thoughts shape your reactions
• Why you feel stuck getting the same unhappy results
• Where your self-reflection may be adding unnecessary pain
• How God can gently redirect your perspective toward truth

Following this simple, grace-filled process opens your mind to moments of clarity and brings a reset to your heart.

⭐ You’ll walk away feeling:

✔ Calmer
✔ Lighter
✔ More centered
✔ Spiritually connected
✔ Emotionally understood
✔ Ready to begin your creative renewal journey

2. Creative Reminders

In your journaling I offer you a library filled with Faith-filled declarations that rewrite the emotional echo in your nervous system.

Stress leaves a mark — an emotional echo that often remains long after the moment has passed.

Creative Reminders help rewrite that echo by focusing on a simple statement of truth as you add it to your journal page.

These Creative Reminders become:

  • A visual reminder of God’s truth

  • A calming anchor for your nervous system

  • A page that brings peace every time you look at it

  • A creative embodiment of the message God just gave you

When we bring in creativity to express ourselves creatively, we anchor in a message in our mind.  Ane when that happens, the message becomes support for transformation.

Your journal becomes a collection of God-whispers —
pages that remind you:

“I am okay. I am seen. I am supported. God is in control.”

Why I Do This Work

My creative path began in design. After earning a BFA in Interior Design from the University of North Texas, I joined a prestigious architecture firm in Dallas before opening my own design business, helping clients create beautiful, meaningful homes.

Then one day, as I stood in the foyer of a new client’s home, I heard a quiet thought that changed everything:

“You’re helping create a beautiful home, but what about the chaos she feels inside? It won’t matter how beautiful her surroundings are if she feels unsettled, overwhelmed, or disconnected from herself.”

That question stayed with me — and life gave it deeper meaning. Around that same time, I began noticing growing levels of anxiety in our children, especially my oldest daughter, Aimee. A gifted young performer, she danced and sang on the Jim Stafford stage in Branson, captivating audiences and stealing hearts. What few could see was her private struggle with OCD and perfectionism.

I had just completed my training in stress management and had begun working with her when a tragic car accident took her from us. In that moment, I realized that all the tools and knowledge I had been learning weren’t just for her — they were to help our family navigate the profound loss and grief that followed.

Because of the challenges Aimee faced, and all that her journey taught me, my mission became clear:

To teach women and families how to lower the stress that fuels anxiety, shift the stories they tell themselves, and find creative ways to express feelings that words can’t always hold.
