I'm so glad you found your way to Tiny Art Village.
Life can feel full sometimes. We carry worries, responsibilities, unanswered questions, and the weight of caring for others. It's easy to forget that we need encouragement too.
That's why I created The Village Post.
Each month, I'll send you a thoughtfully prepared envelope filled with creativity, encouragement, and gentle reminders to pause, notice what matters, and remember that you make a difference in this world.
If journaling is something you enjoy, each month you'll find gentle invitations to reflect, entrust your concerns to God, and walk forward a little lighter. Write them out if you'd like, or simply pause and ponder.
More than anything, I hope opening your Village Post feels like hearing a friend say...
“I thought of you today, and I'm sending a little sunshine your way.” ☀️
The little treasures inside are yours to enjoy. Keep them for yourself, tuck them into a journal, or pass them along to someone who could use a little encouragement.

When will I get my Letter?
Mailing Information
📬 The Tiny Village Post is mailed on the 15th of every month.
For members in the United States, your envelope will typically arrive within 3–10 business days after it has been mailed.
At this time, The Tiny Village Post is available as a physical mailing within the United States only. International friends are warmly welcome to join and will receive a beautifully designed digital version of each month's Village Post instead.
When will my first Tiny Village Post arrive?
🌻 SPECIAL NEWS: Tiny Village Post JUST OPENED! Join anytime during the month of July and receive your first letter THIS AUGUST.
STARTING IN AUGUST
✅ Join by the 15th of the month to receive next month's Tiny Village Post.
✅ Join after the 15th and your first Village Post will begin with the following month's mailing. (Example: Join July 23, your first letter is sent the first week of Sept).
🌻 Now if you are like me, when I order something...I want it to come FAST. However, we are dealing with snail mail; therefore, once you register I will be sending right to your inbox a tiny, happy, email. Something to make the wait tolerable.

What if I need to cancel or change my address/billing info?
Subscription Changes
Need to update your mailing address, payment information, or cancel your Village Post subscription?
Good New! You can easily do it yourself through the members portal. I have easy, written instructions that you can follow in the Welcome Center. OR, send me an email at cathyfreemanart@gmail.com, and I'll be happy to help.
To ensure your changes take effect before the next mailing, please contact me before the 15th of the month. Any requests received after the 15th will be applied to the following month's Village Post.
What happens if I don't receive my letter?
Sometimes the mail can take up to 2 weeks to arrive (6 for international). If your Village Post doesn’t arrive, email us at cathyfreemanart@gmail.com
and we’ll make it right, either by resending your letter or refunding you for the month. Please review your receipt to confirm your address is correct as that is often the culprit! :)
The beauty of snail mail is the slow pace and anticipation of every month, however, sometimes mail does get delayed and even lost. If you have not received your letter by the end of the month (US), please reach out and we can work out sending you a replacement! :)
