Every month, I'll send you a thought to center your thinking, a little encouragement, art, images, and creative pieces you can use to journal, create, reflect, or simply enjoy.
There is no right way to use it. Just make it your own.

Life can feel full sometimes.
We carry worries, responsibilities, unanswered questions, and the weight of caring for others. It's easy to spend so much time thinking about everyone else that we forget to make a little space for ourselves.
That's why I created The Village Post.
Each month, I'll send you a thoughtfully prepared envelope filled with creative ingredients—a little art, encouragement, a Creative Reminder, images, and sometimes a prompt or creative surprise.
Not a project you have to complete. Not another thing on your to-do list.
Just a little inspiration to help you pause, create, reflect, and find a little calm.

The things inside your Village Post can become whatever you need them to be.
Create an art journal page.
Write a few thoughts.
Make a visual reminder.
Save something beautiful.
Share a little encouragement with someone else.
There is no right way to use it.
If journaling is something you enjoy, you'll also find gentle invitations to reflect, along with prompts available through the Tiny Art Village website.
You can write it out, create with it, or simply pause and ponder.
The idea isn't to make something perfect.
It's to give yourself a few moments to slow down and reconnect with what matters.

Each Village Post includes a Creative Reminder—a simple thought to help center your thinking.
Along with it, you'll receive images and creative pieces that can help you turn that thought into something you can see and remember.
Sometimes a thought stays with us a little longer when we make it visible.
Cut it.
Arrange it.
Write beside it.
Glue it into your journal.
Put it somewhere you'll see it.
Make it yours.
Every month will be a little different, but your Village Post may include:

The Tiny Village Post is for art-loving souls....but you do not need to be an artist. Each digital envelope offers a special message.

When will I get my Letter?
Mailing Information
📬 The Tiny Village Post is mailed on the 15th of every month.
For members in the United States, your envelope will typically arrive within 3–10 business days after it has been mailed.
At this time, The Tiny Village Post is available as a physical mailing within the United States only. International friends are warmly welcome to join and will receive a beautifully designed digital version of each month's Village Post instead.
🌻 When will my first Tiny Village Post arrive?
✅ Join after the 10th of the month and you will receive the next month's Tiny Village Post.
✅ Join after the 10th and your first Village Post will begin with the following month's mailing. (Example: Join July 23, your first letter is sent out in August.
🌻 Now if you are like me, when I order something...I want it to come FAST. However, we are dealing with snail mail.

What if I need to cancel, or change my address/billing info?
You can easily make Changes all by yourself.
Need to update your mailing address, payment information, or cancel your Village Post subscription?
Good New! You can easily do it yourself through the members portal. I have easy, written instructions that you can follow in the Welcome Center. OR, send me an email at cathyfreemanart@gmail.com, and I'll be happy to help.
To ensure your changes take effect before the next mailing, please contact me before the 10th of the month. Any requests received after the 10th will be applied to the following month's Village Post.
What happens if I don't receive my letter?
Sometimes the mail can take up to 2 weeks to arrive (6 for international). If your Village Post doesn’t arrive, email us at cathyfreemanart@gmail.com
and we’ll make it right, either by resending your letter or refunding you for the month. Please review your receipt to confirm your address is correct as that is often the culprit! :)
The beauty of snail mail is the slow pace and anticipation of every month, however, sometimes mail does get delayed and even lost. If you have not received your letter by the end of the month (US), please reach out and we can work out sending you a replacement! :)
