What have I been carrying for so long that it has begun to feel normal?
Is it a worry... a disappointment... a fear... a responsibility... or words someone once spoke over me?
Write whatever comes to mind without judging it.
🌿 Name It
If you could take one thing out of your "backpack" today, what would it be?
Describe how it has affected your heart, your thoughts, or the way you see yourself.
🌿 Release
Imagine placing that burden into God's hands.
What would you like to say to Him?
Take a few moments to think about your words, or write an entry in your journal, knowing He cares about every part of your story.
🌿 Begin Again
Read your Creative Reminder on the back of the bookmark showing the mushroom fabric. Or here is a quick, short message to repeat in your mind.
It's never too late to begin again.
Now ask yourself:
If I truly believed those words, what is one small step I could take this week?
Remember, courage doesn't always look like a giant leap. Sometimes it simply looks like taking the next faithful step.
