  • Day 1: Rejuvenate: Making and Keeping Creative Dates (Without Guilt)
    Reclaim your time for creativity
    Why do we struggle to create?  In this session, we’ll start by giving a new insight and a few suggestions to making your creative practice happen. Do You have a "Pause Ritual"?  Let's create a mind shift that brings supports to our art as a rejuvenating factor in our life.  AND nothing is so relaxing as creating an easy Line & Wash.   This is where your commitment to your creativity begins!   We’ll dive into GROW JOY'S Creative Journaling with tips on EASY LETTERING to find peace and balance in your day-to-day life.

  • Day 2: The Power of the Pen & the Path to Peace.
    Today, we enter the heart of the Joy Hunt—where words become healing tools and journaling becomes a space to clear the mind. 

    I want to show you how powerful your words are.
    In Grow Joy, we don’t just journal—we gently rewire the brain.
    Each affirmation is like a new trail in the forest of your mind.
    The more you walk it, the easier it gets to find peace instead of panic.
    To believe in your worth instead of your worries.

    And with My Art Sisters, we use creativity as our anchor.
    You’ll see how even a simple art project can turn your entire day around.

      

  • Day 3:  Embracing Your Creative Confidence

    Worry Off, Wonderment On!

    Today, we’re turning down the volume of worry, and turning WAY UP the power of peace, creativity, and joy.

      You’ll leave the event feeling empowered and ready to create freely and with confidence!

These delightful artists will share a tip or two with you during this event.

I have asked them to share a little of their expertise.

Thurs, Friday) at 7:00 pm (CENTRAL). for an hour,  I’ll host a live session to answer your questions.  Bring your projects and let's have a chat as we offer personalized support, and dive deeper into that day’s topic.   You’ll get to interact with me in real-time, ask questions, and connect with others who are on this journey with you.
