came from last weeks message.
It has made a great impact on me, to the point that I have been pondering all week long....thinking of how to help those around me feel the great love that God has for them. To know that they are cherished.
One morning has I was returning home from the store, my mind went to a friend who I had not seen in a long time. This individual I loved dearly. We have been friends for a very long time and I was aware of challenges that she was currently facing. I had the thought to send her a message, to let her know that I was thinking about her. As I thought of what to say, these words came into my mind....they were beautiful. I pulled over the car and sent the message:
"I have been focusing on this quote a lot this past week. I want you to know that I have felt such great love and appreciation when I'm in your presence. I think of myself as being cherished.
You, _________, have the gift of making people feel that they matter. And I want you to know that today."
Her message back to me was that she really needed to hear that today. God is so aware of our needs!
Just a Thought: Does anyone come to your mind that you can send a message to today?

So I ask myself the question, am I actually reflecting what this gift of Grace is doing for me? Can other's feel?, See?, the difference.
